Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. However at other times it is sometimes difficult to get a flight to this area on Saturdays so depending on availablity we will be flexible with changeover dates out of prime season. Please phone us to discuss.

Full bed linen is supplied (duvets). Large and small towels and tea towels are also provided but not bathing towels.

Barbecues and outside furniture is provided. All gas, electricity and cleaning costs are included, plus wood for the fire if you stay on the cooler nights.

The property is situated on a hillside and therefore the very elderly or infirm may find difficulty with the inclines.

Babysitting can be arranged for a small charge

AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATION

Bookings should be made by telephone to 0033 5 65 44 96 38 or by email to david.morgan@lotprops.com. If the property is available for your chosen dates we will reserve it for one week whilst you complete the booking form and forward the 30% deposit (non refundable). On receipt of your deposit we will acknowledge the booking either by email, post or telephone.

Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday date. On receipt of the balance we will send you directions either by email or post depending on your preference. The property will be ready for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The hirer is responsible for the “Grange” during their stay and undertakes to take reasonable care of it, keep it clean and tidy and replace any breakages or pay for damage caused.

Under no circumstances is the prescribed number of persons for the property to be exceeded.

For your protection the pool has an alarm system installed but safety around the pool is of paramount importance so, where appropriate, guests must take responsibility to ensure that their children are supervised whilst in the pool area.
