La Margoy sits in 2 hectares of land situated in the north of the Aveyron close to its border with the Cantal, an area famous for its excellent cheese and also the home of “Volcans D'Auvergne” national park. The property is situated high up on the side of the “Vallee du Lot”, which gives it uninterrupted views for miles over some glorious countryside and vineyards.
It is situated approximately 5 miles from the small towns of Montsalvy (to the north) and Entraygues (to the south). Both towns are easy to get to and have bakers, banks, butchers, and convenience stores for everyday purchases, as well as a plentiful supply of restaurants and cafes. Each town has its own market.
